Santiago de Compostela is set to experience a major shift in its business landscape with the launch of Stella Hub, the largest flexible office space in the city’s historic center. Opening in September 2025, this innovative managed workspace will span 1,800 square meters at Rúa de Fernando III o Santo, 32, establishing itself as a benchmark in the new work model that merges the advantages of traditional offices with the flexibility of coworking environments.
Stella Hub marks a natural evolution of the modern office concept, delivering a solution that meets the current needs of businesses without the drawbacks of conventional leasing. The project, developed by HQFlex with an investment of €1.15 million, responds to a growing market demand.
The center will feature 21 private offices accommodating between 2 and 16 people, designed to provide the representativeness and privacy today’s companies require—from tech startups to regional branches of large corporations. Based on an all-inclusive model, the offering covers utilities, cleaning, security, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea services, and front desk personnel, all consolidated into a single monthly invoice—streamlining both administrative and operational management.
Premium-Quality Facilities
The design of Stella Hub has been meticulously crafted to maximize user productivity and well-being:
- 8 meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology
- 6 private phone booths
- A multipurpose hall with capacity for up to 50 attendees
- Thoughtfully designed common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, relaxation zones, and a central lounge with outdoor courtyards
- Personalized climate control and advanced soundproofing in all areas
- Smart access systems and state-of-the-art ergonomic furniture

A cornerstone of the project is its environmental sustainability approach. Stella Hub has been built using certified eco-friendly materials, including acoustic panels with 60% post-consumer recycled content, metal ceilings with over 80% recycled materials, and furniture made from responsibly sourced wood, certified by FSC and PEFC standards. The installation of 39 solar tubes on the rooftop will maximize the use of natural light, reducing conventional energy consumption by approximately 30%—demonstrating that business efficiency and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
These sustainable measures are paired with significant cost savings. Stella Hub’s model promises up to 40% in savings compared to a traditional office setup. These savings are achieved by eliminating expenses typically associated with standard leases—such as furniture, renovations, security deposits, and multiple service bills. This allows companies to redirect resources toward growth and innovation, while maintaining a top-tier professional environment.
Location is another key asset. The selection of Rúa de Fernando III o Santo, 32 is strategic, situated just a five-minute walk from Santiago’s Intermodal Station, offering excellent connectivity for both employees and clients. Its proximity to the city’s commercial and administrative core makes Stella Hub a prestigious business address.
Beyond its physical and financial features, the opening of Stella Hub represents more than a new real estate offering—it is a major catalyst for Santiago’s business ecosystem. HQFlex anticipates generating direct employment and fostering connections among companies from diverse sectors through networking activities, creating synergies that benefit the broader entrepreneurial community in Compostela.
This initiative is part of HQFlex’s broader national expansion strategy. With an established presence in Madrid and Barcelona, the company is positioning Santiago de Compostela as a key city in its growth roadmap. Further openings are planned in Vigo and A Coruña.
