This September, we will open Stella Hub, the largest flexible office center in Santiago de Compostela, encompassing 1,800 square meters designed to redefine how companies envision their workspace. Located at Rúa de Fernando III o Santo 32, just minutes from the Intermodal Station, this new facility is conceived to provide a modern, efficient, and fully adaptable work environment aligned with today’s professional dynamics.

The hub will feature 21 private offices accommodating teams of 2 to 16 people, 8 meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology, 6 soundproof phone booths, and a multi-purpose room with capacity for up to 50 attendees. It also includes generous common areas, such as a cantina, lounge spaces, and outdoor patios. Every detail has been carefully considered, offering customized climate control and a design that balances functionality and well-being.
