- We provide a conceptual design, layout, and preliminary financial estimates.
- We sign a contract for:
Phase 1: Final layout and confirmation of estimates.
Phase 2: Executive interior design project and construction management.
Phase 3: Day-to-day operational management: “Flex Management.”
